michael_riley_mooreMichael focuses on insurance coverage and defense litigation, as well as business transactions and contract preparation.  His experience also includes admiralty and maritime matters and the defense of medical and dental malpractice lawsuits.  Michael represents clients in both state and federal courts and has extensive experience handling appeals in both court systems.

Michael is the current Treasurer for the Jackson County Bar Association, a member of the Mississippi Bar Association’s 2019 Leadership Forum, and serves on the First Presbyterian Church of Pascagoula.  He is active with the Rotary Club of Pascagoula and the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association.  

After joining the firm as an associate in 2014, Michael became a partner in January 2019.  Prior to joining the firm, Michael received his Masters of Law degree in Admiralty Law with distinction from Tulane University School of Law.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law, and he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Croft Institute of International Studies at the University of Mississippi.
